Every choice rebuilds real geometry instead of switching between photographs. Width, modules, wheel size: the piece is rebuilt as you choose.

The total updates with every finish and every module, itemised. The quote comes out of the configurator, not out of a phone call.

Augmented reality at real size
The piece sits on the viewer's own floor, from iPhone and Android, with the file generated on the fly. No app to install.

Description

How the work goes

We do not sell an off-the-shelf configurator. We build one around your product, starting from the material you already have: 3D models, catalogues, coded price lists, photographs. Our trade is software built to order, and a configurator is software that lives inside your site.

One already in production

Our first configurator went to an Italian maker of bespoke wine cellars: the lighting, the quality tiers and the augmented-reality export you find here all come from that job. The client's name is not public.

We look at the product
The variants that actually exist, the specification rules, the price-list codes. What can be combined and what cannot.

We prepare the matter
Your models usually arrive broken up, with no separate materials and the wrong units. We take them apart into their pieces and put them back at real scale.

We build the configurator
Rules, price list, finishes and views. Realism is verified by holding the screen against your photographs, not by claiming it.
04
We deliver it inside your site
A page or a component, in your colours and your typefaces. It stays yours and it stays updatable.

The alternatives, stated plainly

Commissioned photographic renders
Beautiful and motionless. Every new variant is a new quote, and the customer sees only what you chose to photograph.

Video streamed from a server
It can run anything, but it cannot do augmented reality — that needs a file, not a video feed — and you pay per connected viewer. We evaluated it and turned it down.

Off-the-shelf configurators
They fit your product to the extent that your product resembles everyone else's. Specification rules usually do not fit inside them.

Materials and finishes

The finishes are not flat colours

Every material is a real photographic scan, tinted at runtime and tuned to its own fibre. That is why velvet behaves like velvet when you turn the light across it, and why a marble slab runs the length of the worktop instead of repeating three times.

Why it reads

The mipmaps are hand-built and converge, tuned per fibre: that is what stops velvet from shimmering as it recedes. Ambient occlusion runs at full resolution — at half, the relief between the ribs disappears, and we found that out by having to rebuild a sofa.
